Privacy Policy

CENTR. Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “LIFE”) operates the LIFE application and website at livefully.today. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it. It complies with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Information We Collect
Account information: Email address, name, and password (hashed) when you create an account.
Profile data: Timezone, preferences, and settings you configure within LIFE.
Connected service data: When you connect integrations (Google Calendar, Gmail, financial accounts, wearables), we receive data from those services as authorised by you. Credentials are encrypted at the field level using AES-256.
Usage data: Anonymous interaction data (feature usage, session duration) to improve the product. Never linked to personally identifiable information in external analytics systems.
Communications: Messages you send us via email or the in-app contact form.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to: (a) provide, maintain, and improve the LIFE Service; (b) send transactional emails (account confirmations, security alerts); (c) respond to your enquiries; (d) comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your personal data to train AI models, sell to advertisers, or share with data brokers. Our AI features process your data on-demand to generate insights and serve them to you — they do not use your data as training material.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Anonymous aggregated data (no personal identifiers) may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes.
5. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including: AES-256 encryption at rest; TLS 1.3 in transit; row-level security at the database layer; field-level encryption for credentials; audit logging of all data mutations; regular security reviews.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; restrict or object to processing; request portability of your data in a machine-readable format; withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent).

8. Children's Privacy
LIFE is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of LIFE after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
