THE LIFE INDEX

Original research on how people actually run their lives — drawn from anonymised, aggregated data across the areas LIFE connects. Because LIFE holds your schedule, money, health, goals and relationships together, it can study the connections between them that single-purpose apps can never see.

WHAT WE'RE STUDYING

How a week really fragments

How many times does the average person switch context in a day — and what does that fragmentation cost in focus, follow-through and calm?

Where money meets time

How does calendar pressure correlate with spending? Do certain kinds of weeks reliably precede certain kinds of financial decisions?

What the body predicts

How do sleep and recovery track against goal completion and the quality of a week — connections only visible when health and goals live together?

How relationships drift

How quickly do the relationships that matter most fall out of contact when life gets busy — and what reliably brings them back?

First report

The first LIFE Index publishes once our early-access community reaches the scale required for statistically meaningful, fully anonymised aggregates. We'd rather publish later and be right. See how we protect your data.

About the research

THE LIFE INDEX, ANSWERED.

What is the LIFE Index?
The LIFE Index is original research from CENTR. on how people actually run their lives, drawn from anonymised, aggregated data across the connected areas of LIFE — schedule, money, health, goals and relationships. Because LIFE holds these areas together, it can study connections between them that single-purpose apps cannot observe.
How does the LIFE Index protect privacy?
The LIFE Index only ever uses anonymised, aggregated data — never individual records, and never anything that could identify a person. It is built on the same privacy foundations as the rest of LIFE: AES-256 encryption, row-level security, and compliance with Singapore's PDPA and the EU's GDPR.
When does the first LIFE Index report publish?
The first LIFE Index report publishes once LIFE's early-access community reaches the scale required for statistically meaningful, fully anonymised aggregates. We would rather publish later and be right than publish early and be misleading.
