By accessing or using LIFE (“the Service”), operated by CENTR. Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “LIFE”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By creating an account or using any feature of LIFE, you confirm you are at least 16 years of age.
LIFE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written consent.
The Service is in active development. Features, functionality, and pricing may change. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not create accounts by automated means, maintain multiple accounts, or transfer your account to another person without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using LIFE, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
You retain ownership of all content and data you input into LIFE (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use Your Content to train AI models.
You represent that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service; (b) use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful code; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network; (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
LIFE integrates with third-party services (Google, Outlook, financial institutions, wearables, etc.) subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. Connecting a third-party service is at your own discretion and risk.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. If you do not accept the new pricing, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
You may delete your account at any time from settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LIFE does not provide financial, medical, legal, or professional advice. Information in the Service is for informational purposes only.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CENTR. PTE. LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
